Introduction:
Kneader (banbury) can put all the compounding mixing them together by batch,like kneading flour again and again by inner batch.
After all the materials are mixed by kneader(Banbury), the large HOT and SOFT mixed materials will be fed from the kneader through Bucket conveyor to the cone double force feeder, and then pushed into twin screw extruder compound to melt and disperse again here.then drop the materials into single-screw extruder finally, the materials are homogenized again and passed through the die

The mixing tank is tiltable, and the mixing shaft is leak-proof and adopts a dry mechanical shaft seal to make it easy to clean and change colors.

1. The Conical Twin Screw Force Feeder is a jacketed welded structure, which can be cooled by water or heated by oil/hot water/steam to adjust the temperature to meet the process requirements of different materials. The feeding conical twin-screw adopts a variable diameter and variable torque convergent structure to enhance the extrusion capacity of the material. At the same time, the flat nozzle head is used to increase the density of the extruded material and the surface is smooth.
